Business Philosophy

As a Realtor, I believe I can best serve my clients by taking the time to thoroughly understand their needs and wants, and by having the ability to maneuver through the complex real estate landscape. The value of having a strong advocate to represent a buyer or seller in a real estate transaction cannot be understated. I enjoy negotiating and work diligently to create the most optimum experience for my clients while treating them and the other parties involved with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Strong communications skills, elevated attention to detail, thorough follow-up and the ability to engage in creative thinking allows me to provide my clients with exceptional service to ensure the most positive experience possible.

Education and Training

I am a licensed REALTOR through the state of Minnesota, and a member of the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR), the Minnesota Association of Realtors (MAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I am also a Luxury Property Specialist (LPS), and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
